It is a small family run hotel, built
in a typical Alpine style and is situated very near to hotel Rila in
tourist complex Borovetz.
ACCOMMODATION: There are five rooms, one apartment and
two studios with terraces with a panoramic view towards the mountain.
The rooms are stylishly furnished with all needed and a wonderful
holiday.

villa place, comprising of eight villas:
one- storied and two- storied. The one- storied villas are with two
separate rooms with four beds, perfect for a family holiday. The two-
storied villas have three separate rooms with five beds and a WC and
bathroom on each floor. Some of the villas have sauna.
